St David's Foundation Hospice Care
The St. David's Foundation is the largest independent hospice in Wales.
They are the UK's largest provider of community-based hospice care. providing care and support to more than 2,600 patients, families and carers across Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.
Most people feel comfortable in their own homes, surrounded by the things they know and the people they love, so that's where they provide most of their care.
You can help by donating clothes, furniture or bric-a-brac to their charity shops, joining their weekly Lottery, making a donation, taking part in or organising a fundraising event, telling other people about the work they do and by remembering us in your will.

- Twilight Memories Walk on Saturday 6th September at Tredegar House & Country Park
- Castle to Castle walk, 17 miles from Newport Castle to Chepstow Castle or 9 miles from Penhow Castle to Chepstow Castle on Sunday 21st September
- Cycling approximately 26 miles from Blaenavon to Cwmcarn Forest Drive on Sunday 12th October
