Butlins terms and conditions
1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Bourne Leisure and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. The Prize: 1 x 3 night Butlins Gold Self-catering break at a Butlins at Minehead Resort from 13th – 16th November 2009 for 4 persons. Guests will have the opportunity to meet McFly backstage. At least 1 person from the party must be 25 years old or above. Valid only on Butlins Minehead McFly Breaks.
3. Prize excludes food, travel or other related costs, is non-transferable and offers no cash value. No cash alternative available.
4. If the winner has already booked and paid for a Butlins Minehead McFly break 13th – 16th November they have the option to sell back their original booking at the same cost of purchase.
5. Redemption is subject to availability, and subject to Butlins’ brochure terms and conditions.
Winner will be lead guest, and must be present upon arrival.
6. Only one entry per person.
7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
8. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
9. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

This offer consists of a £20 discount per new booking for a family or Big Weekends break booked before 31st December 2009 when quoting code xxx. Breaks booked must be taken by 31st December 2010.
