Beat the Boxer

Angela Jay and Team Breakfast and Dave Brookes and Team Drive have been set a challenge to complete in order to kick start their fitness and weight loss plan.
They have one week to complete the challenge and the first challenge was Beat The Boxer, at Funky Pump Fitness in Swansea.
They were given tasks and tuition by Chris Ware, the current Welsh ABA light-heavyweight champion.
It was an endurance test to assess their strength and willpower.
Angela did her challenge in 21 minutes and 26 seconds and Dave did his in 23 minutes and 2 seconds so it was Angela won this challenge.
But can she do it again next week?
