Tony and Angela's Food Festival

Producer Rich set Tony and Angela a challenge at this year’s Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival.
It was time for them to get creative and sell their own food or drink so they were both given stalls at the festival.
The challenge was the team that makes the most amount of money would donate all money raised by both teams to a charity of their choice.
They were allowed to make their own food or drink, buy their own food or drink or even blag it all for free but they had to manage their own costs.
So Tony sold Welsh cheese with the help of Roberts Butchers of Gaer Road in Newport and Angela made Welsh fudge with the help of W3 web designs doing labels, flyers and supplying the bags and the Dragon Hotel in Swansea.
But it was Angela won the challenge!
She made £285 and with no costs so made a profit of £285. Tony made £145 with £40 costs and profit of £105.
So Ang wins with the whole lot going to her charity of choice, LATCH, a voluntary organisation set up to support the special requirements of the children's oncology centre in Wales.
