Remember the six minute epic song We Are The World which was the USA's contribution to famine relief in Africa in 1985?

Well, Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie are said to be lining up the stars for a 25th anniversary re-make a quarter of a century on.

Reports suggest they're hoping stars will stay on after this weekend's Grammy Awards to record a new version of the song.

Proceeds are expected to be donated to the Haiti earthquake disaster appeal, with Simon Cowell co-ordinating a similar project to raise much-needed funds on this side of the Atlantic.
