Wales 20-26 France

A second half fightback from Wales wasn't enough to stop France winning at the Millennium Stadium and keeping alive their Grand Slam hopes.
A sloppy start by Wales saw the visitors score two interception tries through Alexis Palisson and Francois Trinh-Duc and race into a 20-0 half time lead.

Forward Martyn Williams offers no excuses for our defeat
"It's frustrating but the big positive for me is the second half performance. We could have thrown in the towel but we came out and played some good rugby, showed great character and put us in a position to win the game."
Skipper Ryan Jones said: "We've played rugby for 30 minutes in a game of 80 minutes and that's just not good enough.
"You just can't give teams of that quality that much of the ball. Our set piece was poor and it's just not good enough."
