Disgruntled shop worker ran amok in a supermarket licking a raw chicken before placing it back on the shelf.

Footage shows him gloating as he wreaks havoc during a series of night shifts at the 24-hour-store.

The worker, who has since lost his job, is seen slashing furniture, setting off a fire extinguisher, trashing food and removing the plastic wrapping to lick a raw chicken from the freezer.

The footage, filmed by a pal on a mobile phone shows him peeing in a bin, slashing furniture and colleagues' coats in the staff room, setting off fire extinguishers, and playing cricket and football with food items.

The video was taken at the Asda store in Fulwood, Preston, Lancs. The same store features in a new TV advertising campaign which was filmed in May.
